Baby spinach (rinsed)
1 cup Fresh chopped strawberries
1/2 cup Walnuts
Feta cheese crumbled
Balsamic strawberry salad Dressing

1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 cup Red wine vinegar
5 Strawberries sliced
1/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Onion diced
1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
Directions
- Boil balsamic and red wine vinegar and strawberries. (Watch your cook time Do Not Over Cook)!
- Reduce by 3/4 (to 1/2 cup).
- Add sugar, diced onion and parsley.
- Simmer 10-15 minutes and cool.
- When cooled, gradually whisk in the oil.
